Warranty Policy

VELO STAR WARRANTY POLICY

Velo Star manages all Action, TUFO USA and Wilier USA warranties. All other vendors will handle warranties directly.

Please do not contact Velo Star for warranty-direct vendors.

All Velo Star-direct warranty claims must be submitted to your sales representative immediately upon noticing an issue. If you do not have a sales representative, please email info@velostar.us 

The following must be included with your submission:

  • Filled out warranty form.
  • Proof Of Purchase.
  • Photo of serial number.
  • Photo/s of the problem area.
  • Bike and frame warranties must also include a photo of each side of the complete bike/frame.
  • If a sound or noise issue, a recording of the noise is helpful.

*Any missing pieces/items or damage to contents must be reported to your sales representative within 48 hours of receipt*

*Warranty does not cover labor costs*

*Any items purchased outside the US will not qualify for warranty support*

*While we strive to resolve warranties quickly it can take up to 90 days for a final resolution*

All photos must be in jpg format, be clear, close-up, and high-resolution. Screenshots, low-resolution and far away images will not be accepted.
