The VAR Replacement 1-1/8" Crown Race Setter Bushing is a precision shop-grade replacement insert designed to safely guide and press a headset fork crown race onto a standard 1-1/8" straight steer tube. This interchangeable bushing features a specialized, profiled layout that makes direct contact with the crown race flange, evenly seating it without damaging the precision-ground bearing surfaces. 

Used to set the race into its seat safely and accurately. Equipped with a profiled replaceable nylon ring. CNC machined alloy tool steel, Chrome plated steel.
