Speed and Grip from John Tomac

The Slant Six Pro is built for intermediate to hard-packed trails. It's John Tomac's blend of the Nevegal's grip and the Small Block 8's speed. Small ramped and stepped knobs give speed and braking control, while aggressive sidewall knobs hold traction where other tires let go.

Whether you ride XC or fast trail, it gives you speed with real cornering grip.

Kenda was founded in Taiwan in 1962 and has grown into one of the world's biggest bicycle tire makers. Its mountain bike classics, including the Nevegal, Small Block 8 and Slant Six, were developed with racing legend John Tomac.

The most recent design from John Tomac is the perfect blend of the grip from the Nevegal and the size and speed of the Small Block 8. Miniature ramped and stepped knobs provide the speed and braking control you expect from a Tomac tire, while aggressive knob placement on the sidewall of the tire allows the Slant Six to hold traction on the ground where other tires let you down.
