A Classic butyl tube for 20" (406) wheels with narrower 1.1 to 1.75" tires, the setup on many folding bikes and lighter kids' bikes. The 48mm Schrader stem works with any pump.

The Schrader valve is the same style you'll find on a car tire, so it works with gas-station air, most floor pumps, and rims drilled for the wider valve.
