This proprietary frame hardware piece is designed to guide traditional mechanical shift housings cleanly into the frame or seal up old ports.
Component Design & Purpose
- Mechanical Housing Stop: Unlike solid "closed" electronic caps, the mechanical variant features a precise internal stop and open guide hole. This securely holds your 4mm shift housing cap in place while allowing the bare inner stainless-steel shift wire to pass through into the internal downtube channels.
