The Cinelli Estrada-Saetta Seatpost Clamp designed for 2011 and 2012 models requires a 34.9 mm clamp diameter. 

Both the Cinelli Estrada and Cinelli Saetta carbon road frames from this era utilize a thick 31.6 mm seatpost. Because carbon fiber frame tubes have thicker walls than traditional steel or aluminum, the outside diameter of the seat tube measures exactly 34.9 mm.
