The Hi-Composite Carbon is a road tubular built for racing and training.

TUFO's Hi-Composite Carbon tread compound and a puncture-resistant ply let the tread run thinner without giving up mileage. A thinner tread rolls faster and still absorbs road buzz. Whether you're racing or training, it gives you tubular feel with real-world mileage. Available in 700 x 25 and 700 x 28, in black or tan sidewalls. Tubulars are sewn-up tires that glue or tape onto a dedicated tubular rim, so check your wheels before you buy.

TUFO was founded in the Czech Republic in 1991 by former racer Miloslav Klabal, who built his first tubular in a garden shed. In 1993 TUFO patented the tubular clincher, and today it still makes its tires in its own factories in Otrokovice and Zlín.
