The Do-It-All Gravel Tire

The Thundero is TUFO's all-round tubeless ready gravel tire for riders who don't want to think about where the road goes. Tightly packed center blocks roll fast and quietly, while three rows of knobs on the shoulders bite into almost any surface for confident cornering.

The wide tread and a tough, flexible Jubena layer over the sidewalls protect against stone damage, and a puncture-resistant ply under the tread lowers the chance of flats. A high-TPI casing and soft compound smooth out rough surfaces. It's hookless compatible. Whether you're on fire roads, singletrack or pavement between them, the Thundero can do it all. Available in 700 x 36, 40, 44 and 48, in black or tan sidewalls.

TUFO was founded in the Czech Republic in 1991 by former racer Miloslav Klabal, who built his first tubular in a garden shed. In 1993 TUFO patented the tubular clincher, and today it still makes its tires in its own factories in Otrokovice and Zlín.
